As a trainer I hear from my friends, family, acquaintances and even people at the bus stop talking about taking better care of themselves, and just how hard it is. Everyone shares these common concerns...and yes, that means YOU! Concerns like...
- Time: Never enough for cooking or the gym
- Money: Gyms, experts, organic food, supplements, all cost $$
- Confidence: Infinite books on nutrition and exercise...which approach should I use?
“Fitness Foundations for 2012” is the answer to your problems. How? Why? . This class will give you solutions to the issues that come with making a positive lifestyle change. I've brought on board two of the most dynamic minds in the health and wellness field, Dr Seth Alley of Sylvan Chiropractic and Dr. Aziz Gazipura of the Social Confidence Center. Along wtih these two gurus, there is no problem we can't solve. We'll give all attendees:
- Nutrition and metabolism road map
- Exercise guidelines that meet you at your fitness ablilities and goals
- Personal consultation on your own exercise program 1-on-1
- Stress and Energy Management strategies
- How-to advice on common roadblocks to success
- Signs and Symptoms of common food allergies and aversions
- Mind Body relationships at the center of holistic health
Dr Seth Alley and Dr Aziz Gazipura and I will answer your questions with a robust Q&A. You will also have access to the presenters via email in case of sensitive questions you may have. I will even give you a free assessment and movement consultation, and help you modify or build your exercise program wherever the heck you want to use it. Whatever barriers to your success, bring them up and arm yourself for the coming year! It’s your year to be in the best health you can be!
The catch? There is a cost. I am asking for a $20 dollar donation to the Oregon Food Bank. The link below will take you to a MindBody site. Your registration fee is your donation. Why the Oregon Food Bank? Because there were many times in my life when my mother and I only had food to eat because of the Oregon Food Bank. If you’ve attended any of my charity bootcamps, you know that the admission is typically two cans of food. They can actually do quite a bit with donated cash, so this time I am opting for cash donations. Instead of charging my usual $150 for program design and donating that, I figured that $20 would be both accessible for people during the holidays and worth a significant pat on the back for doing something great for those in need. So kill two birds with one stone. Get a head start on 2012 and help some families in need. It’s a Win/Win, no brainer, right? See you there!
