Food Drive for February!

Once again, the ambitious minds and bodies of Portland are coming together in the cold to eat, move and be healthy! Come down to Portland Team Fitness and work with the best trainers that Portland has to offer.  There will be time to snack and drink coffee, chat with other wonderful people and get an amazing workout for the price of two cans of food.

Below are the details.  Tell your friends and neighbors, tell your loved ones and anyone else who needs to get out, break a sweat, and particpate in the community.

When:  Sunday, February 27th  at 11:00 AM

 

Where: 3500 NE M L King Blvd Portland, OR 97212-2059

 

Time: Workout begins at 11AM!  Snacks and Beverages after

 

Recommended: Water and perhaps a hand towel

Thanksgiving-Back Boot Camp

Our friends in Portland showed up to workout and donate food to the Oregon Food Bank.  25 people donated 100 pounds of canned food to those in need.  Along with their donations came a heart pumping workout, completed in 35 degree weather no less!  Our thanks to Ron Hope and Aperture 22 photography for getting all the action shots, braving the cold weather and supporting a good cause.  Be on the lookout for more community events in the future!
